Bootlegs don't play in car

anyone having problems with bootlegs playing? I ordered the Philly Box set and 7 of the 9 cds come up with an error in my car cd player and don't play. 2008 bootlegs work fine. is it my older car cd player or a problem with the cd's themselves? I did email kufala support but waiting for an answer. just wondering if anyone else had similar problems and/or if it is my player. I don't really listen to cds anywhere else so haven't tried them anywhere else.

    They work fine in my car so it must be the older CD player you have.

    but it's not all of them - 2 work fine. that is why i am confused about it. just wanted to see if anyone else had any issues. thanks.

    I have issues with mine. The first song on disc 1 plays and then it acts like there is no disc and spits it out. This is a 01 chevy car CD player. My disc looks like it could have gotten scratched going in or out of the cardboard sleeve though, that could be the problem.
