Kite falling. (part I)

No winds do blow me away
no leaves do fall
while weathered.

But it is you
that composed
my stumbling
every limb.

Somehow
a kite on the end of a string
dive bombing earth
are my broken dreams.

You stole my chest
for your collection
of dust.

Sand
has been replaced
by my bones
and my smile.

Bloodied and bruised
is the frame work
to my voyage.

You once gave me the sky
handed it to me
from an ocean
lost at sea.

Everything was so beautiful
until I fell
head down.
