GIF file as avatar?

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? I'm saving my animation from Photoshop by "Save for Web & Devices", choosing a GIF, but all that shows up as my avatar is the first slide.

Help, please? :)

9/28/09 - Salt Lake City, UT (11 years too long!!!)
