Seem to remember
Mornings
When I could shake
The burn
With another drink
Rip or drop
Of flying eyeball

When considering
The bloodshot skeleton
Hanging above
The bathroom sink
I start to believe
These memories
Are the fables

I liked well enough
To call my own

when i look through my older writing i wanna vomit. (and i have boxes full)
