    chadwick, have a hot tea with southern comfort, a toke, and remove yourself from the onslaught of negativity for a while. Taking a break from any tragedy that causes you such anguish doesn't diminish its importance.
    But allowing yourself some decompression time can only help. Your tragedy will be there when you get back but maybe without so much power.

    i just drained the oil out of my neighbor's truck and threw it in the ocean.
    but first i threw it at a few trees and river otters.
