Need help with guitar part for "Down"

Hey guitarists,

Hoping for a bit of help with the song "Down." All of the tabs/chords that I find online are flat out wrong. I'm not looking for anything fancy, just the basic cowboy chords. I've got everything except the second part of the chorus -- just can't seem to find the right chords. Here's what I've got:


G C G C G D
down, ah by the wayside, no getting out
G C G C G D
oh down, cry me a river dried up and dammed


chorus:
C D C D
the names can be changed but the place is still the same


But the chords for this part I can't seem to get:

i am clothed and told that alls for now, holds me down

Thanks, I've seen that YouTube video, but I can't tell what he's playing. Tab is pure Greek to me. Appreciate the response, though. Anyone else?
