Hey there,
I'm Tom from England, not posted on here in a while but 10c member of around 8 years and huge PJ fan.
I'm a musician in my own right too, and recently recorded my first acoustic EP. Its available for a FREE download at http://tomstephens.bandcamp.com
I don't know if the PJ influence will come through directly, but in terms of my influences it should sound somewhere between PJ, Nick Drake, Jeff Buckley, Iain Archer, Elbow and a few others...
