Help with RitFW Rant, San Diego '98

It's been a long time since I've heard it, but it's always stuck with me. During RitFW in San Diego '98, Ed goes off on legislation to ban the burning of the flag. It was awesome, both the content and how it built up to go into the last verse, and I was wondering if anybody has an mp3 of it that could be sent my way. OR at least provide a transcript of it. I can remember parts, but not all, and it's worth remembering.
