Bum outside PENNSTATION PJ concert

I know this is kinda off topic....and NOT making fun of any homeless person by any means. Since going to MSG back in 98 there is a bum in a wheelchair he has a very high pitch voice when he asks for money. MY girlfriend see's him everyday since she commutes to the city. I just find it funny since 98 after every PJ show I see this guy. With same high pitch voice "can you help me out please" and yes everytime i see him I give him some loose change. Anyway just wondering if anyone else see this guy.

All I wanted was a picture of the guy but he wanted a dollar that I wouldn't give to him. I didn't get the picture.
Then after the show, we missed our train and while hanging outside MSG, a guy just starts pissing right up the stairs at about 1AM. Weird city.
YEAH i saw the same guy with that sign on times square, kinda funny i almost gave him a dollar!
All those yesterdays
All those yesterdays
All those paper plates
haha i totally saw that guy
sad, but amusing, either he's dead, moved to a new spot or cleaned up

Eh, I'm on my travels. If your city/state/country doesn't deal with these social welfare problems, not my problem.
A country can be judged by how it treats its weakest citizens.
Call me a socialist but I'd much rather see my taxes going to homeless shelters, mental heath projects, drug programs, health systems and education before the military and tax cuts for the wealthy. I don't care how a person came to be living on the streets, but it would make us all far wealthier if they were helped and given dignity.
And for the record, I did give to the 'feed the homeless' collectors in Times Square everyday I was in NYC and I encouraged my kids to do the same.
