A portrait I drew of Eddie Vedder...my first attempt at drawing one of my biggest inspirations in life...each time I've seen Pearl Jam live, I can't help but be mesmerised by him.
Drawing took about 6 hours, using a HB pencil and 0.5mm mechanical pencil. Let me know what you think. Thanks!!

He made it to the ocean...

Very good. The eyes look just a bit wide, but otherwise, I think it looks like him. Over the years, I've drawn an painted Eddie many times. I was in love with him from the age of 13-17 but finally got out of that! I also got a letter from him and front row seats to his concert in 1994...In 1996 I gave him a painting I did of him and a few years later mailed him another one for his bday. You should try sending it to him. I do think he looks at these things!

Cool I don't know what pic you used, but I'm sure your right, with all his facial expressions with his eyes, I'm sure they WERE REALLY wide
looks like he used this one to me. or one from that photo session anyway.
