    when did you join?

but also - EVERY order from the goods section gives a "member number" to the actual order, so there aren't 415,000 members in the 10club, but 415,000 transactions.
    9/29/96, 8/29/98, 9/8,11/98, 7/28/99, 8/23,24,25/00, 10/13/00, 4/15/03, 4/30/03, 7/8,9,12,14/03, 10/1/04, 9/30/05, 10/1/05, 5/4,5,13,27,28/06, 6/1,3/06, 6/19,20,22,24,25,27/08, 7/1/08, 8/4,5,7,16/08, 8/21/09, 10/27,28,30,31/09, 5/15,17,18,20,21/10, 9/2/12, 10/18,19,21,22,25/13
  • If was to join right now where would it put me seat-wise? Are we talking main floor (United center Chicago) or 100 section or what?

  • Anything is better when I went to the United Center for the second show in 06 in chicago and I was in the 300 section, behind side, to the stage. I bought those off of ticketmaster and those were horrible seats.

i didn't say it wasn't your member number

i'm saying every transaction gives a number in numerical order, and 10c numbers are included in that.

if you bought membership and you're 415,010 for example

    then someone bought a tshirt

and finally they sold another membership...his/her number would be 415,012

the tshirt would be given transaction number 415,011

    get it?

But it's my membership number from my user profile, not the transaction number. :) And the Ten Club user numbers are up to 450,000+ :)

I joined way back in 93 or 94 ? and my number is a sweet 114XXX. I never have & never will loose my number. I suggest you all keep renewing your membership over the years cause ya gotta figure how many people over the course of a few years don't renew & then you move up on the seniority list. I will wave to all ya suckers behind me @ the next show! NAH JUST PLAYING

correct, but i think some might get confused with the wording of "transaction" and "membership" number. a membership number is assigned to each CUSTOMER that purchases something from the 10C, REGARDLESS of whether or not they have an active membership, as per your post above.

keep in mind, though, a customer that purchased an item from the 10C 3 years ago, for example, but didn't have an active membership at that time can purchase a membership today and receive the ORIGINAL membership number given to his/her account when it was created for the original purchase 3 years ago.

membership numbers that were active but weren't renewed are "retired" and not assigned to new members. otherwise, membership numbers are always assigned to every unique order (i.e. new customer name).
To quote the 10C from Newsletter #8: "Please understand we have a lot of members and it is very hard to please everybody. If you are one of those unhappy people...please call 1-900-IDN-TCAR."

    woweeeeeeeeee.
i wonder how it rally all *works*...did over 150K people really join the 10c since i joined in 2002? yikes! amazing. and in regards to your seats getting 'better'....not really. it is not dependent on the high #s, but moreso on the low #s, and how many of those members show up at any any given show. sadly, where i am, a huge preponderance of 10clubbers, plus a big spot people travel to catch shows....whereas i am sure in more obscure places, even higher #s fare much, much better. hell, my # gets 200 level at msg, and yet 9th row dead center in edmonton...so yea........:p
    Stay with me...

My number is 360XXX and I went to the two concerts in St. Paul w/ Tom Petty on the 2006 tour. The first night I was sitting in the lower bowl on Mike's side, three sections away from the stage in the third row. The second night I was near the center in row 26 on the floor.

St. Paul is a smaller PJ market than either the West Coast or East Coast, so the seats would probably be considerably worse in say, Boston or Seattle.

That numbers really not bad considering I joined in 97 and mine is 165xxx.
It seems to me that from 94-2000, not many people joined the 10C as compared to post 2000.
