seriously!? i always loved the studio version but this BLEW IT AWAY. ed sang so much more fiercely and the guitars had much more gnarl to them. i loved how ed sang "please don't make me explain". it was so kickass! i'm glad the band sees some stuff from the boards. what an amazing show. so many magical moments i didn't even know how to react.

I fucking jizzed when Ed paused and let the crowd cheer right before he sang "Black and Red and Yellow"

That whole show was a religious experience though.

I'm glad he read my letter in that I gave him in Newark, requesting it ;)

My favorite part of the show.
Was show 30 for me so anytime I hear a song I have not heard live it is quite a treat.
Sounded great and I've always loved the song.

i told my buddy who i sat next to that it sounded better than it does on lost dogs. one of those songs you'd rather hear live than the album version.

Black and Red and Yellow, Black and Red and Yellow....

This was friggin nuts. There were at least 8-10 times Friday where my face got ripped off (the good kind, not like losing 10c tix).

I think I'm gonna start a petition for the behind-the-stage banner on the next tour to be that OOPS! picture.

Thank you! He did play bc of me, i'm convinced :) I had given him the letter in Newark and requested it at MSG2 and I think he was more likely to read the letter than he is to go on message boards.
