Oh, sorry some of you are in mourning aren't you?? My sincerest condolenc......oh who am I kidding??? Suck it up and suck it hard NSW!!;)

And yes this game had something that has been severely lacking last few years...the good ol biff! Origin just isn't origin without it! :D

Double Dang!! Too good. The third game down in Sydney is going to be empty!!! Hope this means that Soward will finally get a run. The one shinning light for NSW was Mitchell Pearce. Juinor Juinor was outstanding in defence. Barrett got into first reciever too much and didn't let him do his job in attack enough.

Lockyer, Thaiaday were neck and neck for man of the match.

ALOT in niggle in this game. There seemed to be forearms in faces and headlocks in just about every tackle. One of the toughest games in a while.

Well played Queensland. By far the best game of the series. The best game for about 3 years. With Robbie Farrah we might have just won it. Take a bow Darren Lockyer. I think he's best player I've seen in 25 years of watching the game. i was just SO glad to see a game go down to the wire!! still think Jamie Soward, Dean Young and Robbie would of made the difference. Once again Watmough was outstanding and Gallen was a liability. But at least at the 70th minute mark I wasn't playing my gretsch sulking in the corner like the first two games!!

Now we can get back to the serious business of the Dragons winning their first premiership in 30 years!! :P

What an awesome game and series. Was disappointed though, no man of the match for Sam Thiaday! ;) Hell he should've gotten one for being involved in every brawl and biffo!

QLD just a combo of great players and player stability within the team that gives them the confidence and the ability to go out to what they do. Too many changes in NSW so the guys don't really ever get to gel and get those combos and bonds happening.

As for St George??? Well they do have the best coach in the NRL! :D BENNY!!!!!!!

    Qlders too good. Well done.

    For NSW,
Gallen was good man, best game he has played for the blues. Bird was great, if NSW won he would of got MOM. Watmough was solid too. Barrett was pretty good too as was leroyd-lahrs. Hayne started to do well. Beau Scott=fail, too slow and not creative enough. If we had Josh Morris there he would of converted one of those chances into a try.

Ennis, well, a moment of madness. However, I have seen instances where he could have got a penalty for that. Myles elbowed him twice in the head. Though he over-reacted. He's still got to be our hooker he set up Bird's try, though granted there were a couple of errors in there. But I think NSW will try to keep 1,7 and 9 solid.

What about where Folau threw the ball at Jennings then Thaiday comes in. That was a penalty.

Whether Soward is the solution? I was in the Soward camp, but he has lost me the last couple of weeks, particularly monday night. I would stick Bird in number 6. Dean Young wouldn't look astray in a Blue jersey.[

Soward's got to defend at 5/8 at club level well before he gets a go at SOS. As much as I'd like to see him there he has to defend in his position to get a run. Disagree with Beau. We didn't hear from Inglis all night so in my book he did his job. Bird was good. Gidley was outstanding now he didn't have the captaincy pressure but where do you put him. I'm a massive fan of Deano's and think he should have been on the bench from game one. He can cover every forward position as well as 5/8. I just think Farrah totally outplayed Ennis the week before the team was picked. Farrah's the future so get him in there and playing with these guys. The sooner the better.

We'll have to agree to disagree on Gallen. You don't drop the ball on your first hit up in State of Origin because your taking a peak at the defence.

Lastly Mannah was the pick of NSW for me. He should have started.

One of the best rugby league sides ever!! They should be the Australian team next time it's selected.

Well the Dragons!! Hopefully Brett Morris' injury wasn't serious and he's back soon with Cooper on the left side. Gaz is back and will come good with Nightingale on the right side. Then Darius floating around causing trouble with Soward we're going to be the team to beat!! Oh yeah with SAINT BENNY!! calling the shots look out!!! :D

I may have been a little bit harsh in my assessment of Beau Scott, and you are right, we didn't hear from Inglis.

Though he got on the outside of queensland a few times last night, and he just doesn't have the finesse to finish off. If we had a Josh Morris in there, he would of converted one of those chances.
