I am not the world's biggest Better Man fan, but last night, I thought it was amazing.
The whole thing, not just the audience, not just Eddie's reaction. I like the tempo when the band kicked in more too.
    Really really nice.

Unreal. I tend to skip betterman on boots, and Im never super exited fr it live, but that version was something else. Those YouTube videos do not do it justice.

So awesome, wish I was there .... that's what a great crowd can do.

Was fortunate enough to see this happen in Mansfield in 2008 when the crowd cheered for over a minute. Like y'all said, it just kept getting louder, screamin, chairs banging. Intense. Ed was flabergasted, shugging his shoulders to the band ... very cool moments, glad you guys got to see that.

I posted this in another thread, but worth repeating here:

The crowd had to be about the loudest thing I have ever heard. Maybe louder than when I saw Motorhead back in the 80's.

I mean the crowd during Betterman at MSG2 was louder than Motorhead the band.

I swear my eardrums were flapping from the resonance.

if you look all the way to the right edge of the video, during some moments you can see Boom's keyboards swaying as he is pounding out the tune - so cool!

while that is a great video I'm left wondering what the connection to the MSG2 version is?

I think it is safe to say after watching that video that the MSG crowd participation blew Buffalo away.

damn, the quality on that camera is intense.

Won't be long before they start banning these things.

What they should do is have direct order DVDs delivered to your house a week after the show. Embrace this technology.

    incredible.
Beavis: All my friends are brown and red? What does that mean?
Butthead: It means that his friends are like turds and that they like suck.
Beavis: Heh heh. Oh yeah. Yeah! Get those spoons out of my face before I shove them up your butt!
    Butthead: Huh huh.

That was my first time at MSG and it was definitely one of the loudest (crowd wise) concerts I have been to . been to the Wachovia Center and Spectrum in philly for a lot of concerts, don't really remember the crowd being that loud.
