    You have no idea how good Meat Fest was.

    And that wasn't even a true brisket cut (I did not give my butcher enough warning).

    Of the 4, only the ribs were less than stellar. In a rush to have the ribs and steak tips out at the same time as the starters, I rush the cooking of the ribs. They tasted good but were chewy.
