Bass would be Jeff Ament or Paz (from A Perfect Circle). Singer would be Brandon Boyd, from Incubus. Guitars....hmmmm, Mike McCready has the pedals and the blues working in his favor. So does Einziger (from Incubus). I'm also a big fan of John Mayer's guitar work. This is just such a hard question, my apologies for thinking while I type. I'll have to come back to this so I'll probably edit it, later.
JEFF HARDY AND JEFF AMENT USED TO LOOK THE SAME

they may not be the best all-time on their respective instuments, but just imagine the music they'd make together.

Lead Singer/Guitar - Eddie Vedder (Pearl Jam)
Back-up Vocals - Shannon Hoon (Blind Melon)
Lead Guitar - Jeff Beck or Derek Trucks
Bass - Flea
Drums - Matt Cameron

Lead Guitar - Tom Morello (Rage Against the Machine/Audioslave)
Rhythm Guitar - Steve Jones (Sex Pistols)
Bass Guitar - Flea (Red Hot Chili Peppers)

That would be a total mess, and they probably wouldn't sound very good, I just think it would be cool.
