Is Axl Rose finally taking down Ticketmaster???

Not totally PJ related....I thought to post just because the band started this fight years ago.

Is Axl a nut or is this lawsuit valid?

    Axl's pissed off at Azoff because he hired Azoff as manager, Azoff realized Axl's GnR was a bomb and tried to convince Axl to reunite with Slash, Duff et al. Azoff then sued Axl cause Axl hadn't paid his management co. $1.8Mil. In the lawsuit, Axl's real name was used as is required by law. That set the nut job off even more and now he's trying all kinds of ridiculous countersuits.
    The only thing Axl is capable of taking down is his own career.

    Yes Axl is a nut, but if he unlikely wins an battle with Ticketmaster... sweet, they deserve it.

    Did I read that right? They allowed the merger, despite the antritrust reprecussions soley on the fact they had to abide by the honour system?!!? wtf?!?!

    Ticketmaster already has a monopoly. They pretty much have exclusive ticketing contracts with all the major venues across North America (with the exception of the odd state or province). So the monopoly merges with other monopolies in the respective sectors, to create a super monopoly.

    I'm fairly glad I took the time to see most of my favorite bands in the 90's.. it means I don't have to support this shit nearly as often.
