Huh? 45 rows back on the floor when 400,XXX folks are getting wings?

I am 170XXX and riding Amtrak up from DC right now. Looks like my seats will be 30 or so rows back on the floor; was hoping for wings. Don't think I'll win the lottery either -- used up my karma in this area when I won a pair of free seats on the stage with the Roling Stones in Charlottesville in 2005. :D Oh well -- enjoy the show everybody and thanks 10C!

Yep. I was surprised too. My friend who is 147xxx is 20 rows back. I always get mid-floor for the more popular shows. . MSG, Spectrum. Got lucky in Hartford and got 1st row wings. Not complaining. It's MSG. Just glad I got tix.

261xxx. What I meant by that is the more popular, the worse it is generally. I always get halfway back on the floor where I can't see anything.

By seeing all these replies as to where everyone is, and their #'s, one thing seems clear: the whole floor is 10c as well as the first couple sections on the wings. I hope there isn't a lot of complaining because it looks like 10c got a pretty large allotment of tix.
I totally agree however, that after the first 20 or so rows on the floor, the wings are then the next best seats, not the back of the floor.

I was in Prince's fan club a few year's back (don't jump on me folks, he's a great musician and one of the all-time underrated guitar players . . . but I digress). Fan club members got the option of choosing floor or lower level, which was great. I think 10C members would love having that option. Personally, unless I am first five rows on the floor I would prefer wings 20 rows back any time.

I had Sec 9 at the Pru. Great seats. If I'm on the floor in the back, I'll have to stand on my seat.

It's probably b/c my friend got Sec. 2. . .dead center and is 20 rows back, rather than your Sec. 4 on the far side, 3 rows back. That's the only rationale I can think of.

What row? 70 is kind of "side stage" but still, better than being mid or back of floor. Congrats rock out.
