From the email they sent out with final ticket information about a month ago.

5) Fan Club box office at Madison Square Garden will open at 1 pm on the day of the show for 10c ticket distribution. Ticket distribution will end approximately at 9:15pm.

Good luck to all w/ the lottery, be safe and let's watch out for each other. See you all in a few hours!

    yeah ... watch each other's coat/jacket! ... altho if the weather holds - try not to wear one!
