NYC Happy Hour?!

Can anyone suggest a good place for happy hour/hanging out before the show? I have been Googling my brains out and can't find anything! Preferably somewhere with sangria!

yea...hit the pre-party at irish times. 31st and 8th. there's a thread on the porch about it.
i've seen others recommend stout, rattle & hum, fat annie's, but i personally have never been there. sangria is a pretty easy thing, especially b/c they can use crap wine :P...so sure to be at lots of places. dunno of any mex joints that close to MSG.....more downtown. agave.....rosalita's...burrito loco....or hell's kitchen bit more uptown from the venue.

If not the pre-party then this. We went there after Phish in December with a couple of my local friends. AWESOME TIME, GREAT beer selection (and I'm a big time beer geek), good food (including cheese plates :thumbup: ), and a fun atmosphere... not cheap though.
