Thanks! :)

when a run gets knocked in during the bottom of the last (or an extra) inning.

homerun is a homerun to win.

a hit is a hit that knocks in the winning run.

A "walk-off" refers to a game-ending homerun or run-scoring hit in the bottom of the ninth inning that ends the game immediately

It's called that because once you get the home run or hit, the game is over, and you walk off the field with a win.

Now that is a rarity... which would make it a favorite around these parts. No one pisses during a walk off balk.

how about the double steal off, or just a steal off.

    sacrifice fly off

    hit by pitch off

    a throwing error off

Has a walk-off stealing home ever happened? Without a wild pitch or passed ball, I mean.

I don't know for sure, but probably not.
It would seem pretty aggressive to try to steal home during a tie ball game when you already have a man on third. But who knows.
