jump in the crowd anymore??? His energy is ruining the whole show..... you all want good crowds, get that man jumping from the rafters again!!!!!!

  • I think Ed's days of inciting that type of irresponsible behavior (by example) were over even before Rocksilde, but definitely after. there's a clear difference between encouraging crowd participation and engaging in dangerous behavior. besides, at least here in the USA, the mosh pit is dead. in some ways, i miss those days. although there were a few times back in the early 90's that I feared for my own safety when I was being smashed from all angles.

    I was pressed unconcious at Randals Island at the front of the stage when they played there in '96. The Fastbacks opened for them and it was insane. Eddie stopped the show 2 or 3 times to ask that they help some one up front who was being trampled. Any one at that show?
