Is it odd that although both MSG's were faaaaaantastic, I enjoyed last night's concert in Newark more, I guess because hearing all the rarities.... i don't know. The band just seemed like they were in great spirits.. the sound was great, if the crowd was a bit better I think it would just put it way over the top. Ed and the guys sounded spot on. What a setlist.... im hoping for Man of the Hour on Friday!!!

The set list blew my mind:

Of the Girl
Brain of J
Alone!!!
Immortality
In Hiding

Brother!!!!!!!!!!!
Glorified G
Leatherman
ONCE!!!!!
and FOOTSTEPSSSSSSS
2008 - MSG 6/24-6/25
2010 - Newark 5/18 MSG 5/21
2011 - PJ20 9/3-9/4
2012 - MIA Festival 9/2
2013 - Wrigley Field 7/19 Brooklyn 10/18-10/19 Philly 10/22
2015 - Colbert show - 9/23 Global Citizens Festival 9/26
2016 - Philly 4/28-4/29 MSG 5/1-5/2

the only issue is if u look at eddies setlist, he crossed off both breath and No way, probably cause of the weak crowd :-/

i could do without you are, especially if it replaced breath or no way, but i could definitely do without eddie's dance moves during that song...weird!

Ouch, for anyone who missed Breath especially. Both of those will probably show up @ MSG now.

The more I think about the Newark show, the more I realize how awesome it was. I'm reaching that point now where I am hearing songs for the 1st time much less frequently and I have to realize to enjoy the songs I've already heard more. For example, when I heard Immortality and Footsteps (which are two of my favorite songs) I wasn't nearly as excited as when I heard Lukin and Go for the 1st time ever.

would love to see Breath live! Hell, I would love to see them play anything live right now..damn it! I hate only being able to see 1 show on a tour..another reason I should have married for money ..or married someone who is a PJ freak like me. :D

If I knew where it was I would take you there. There's much more than this

No, I'd still say "very good". But it's obviously all opinion. I wouldn't say it's great because the crowd blew (I know, I know people are sick of hearing this) and the 1st encore was too quick. Maybe after I hear the boot, I'll change my mind and think it was great.
