"Stop hastening your own decline"
"Help those who love you by helping yourself"
"Help yourself by helping others"

A diminishing faith
that culminates is self-loathing
can only be redefined one phase at a time.

Such excruciating efforts
for such miniscule accomplishments.
Will it be worth it in the end?
Or will the end just finish you off - finally?

To overcome an angry past
You have to shake of a vicious present
and circumvent a destructive tomorrow.

So much can go wrong
All on its own
Without any help from you.

Do you really need
To add to the unending list
Perpetuate
Exaggerate
Exacerbate
Pain that already exists?
fuck 'em if they can't take a joke
