I LOVED THE NEWARK SHOW! But what did Ed mean

that it alsmost didn't happen...THANK GOD IT DID!!
These guys are so ON!! TIGHT!! and QUICK!! Have you ever seen a band gear up for another song so freaking quick!!??? The number of songs played in such a short amount of time boggles MY MIND! They don't waste time and don't allow any opportunity for breathing room in between!!
My knees, thighs and ass are killing me today because of all the bouncing and bopping I was doing that I haven't done in quite a while (Ok, since Hardtford, but before that it was MSG 2008 for God's sake)
The song selection is a personal thing...I FREAKING LOVED IT, but I'd love hearing anything they play as long as it sounds as good as it has at every show I've been to ('cept the MSG show sound was a little off).
The guys gave all the energy and there were many of us who tried to give it back. It was like it was their first show of the tour...pumped, pumped, pumped!!! and again, quick presto chango into another song, which was just succinct and superfluous as the previous.
It was an awsome show, Ed and the boys seemed happy, although Ed did comment himself to the (lackluster) crowd when returning to the stage after a brief interlude..which I could have heard what he said, but I was too busy screaming.
Newark was a great show, as was Hartford (albeit ending the same) but who am I to tell THEM what they should play...I WANT TO HEAR WHAT THEY WANT TO EXPRESS THEMSELVES WITH IN THAT MOMENT! and they can have either eggs and bacon AND pancakes AND I'll make hashbrowns, TOO! if they came to my place for breakfast...for those of you who attended Hartford
Again, I want to whish them all and their families and crew a safe trip throughout the rest of the tour, thank you again for giving all that you do and I can't wait to see you again!

lol this us a joke right? They've played Camden and east rutherford multiple times
8/7/08, 6/9/09
Camden goes down as Philly as East Rutherford goes down as NY (where the Jets and Giants play)
So they just had to walk on egg shells a little bit around Mike for those shows as opposed to Newark. There is no mistaking Newark other than for New Jersey. It took a lot of convincing is an understatement.
Once I get out of this town
