Once Unemployable wrote:Curious on the your thoughts. Obviously, Boston, Philly, Seattle could argue the top spot, but what are the others? I'm in Detroit, and while we've had some good shows, I wouldn't put us in the top 10. What are the thoughts of those who follow them city to city?
NY, Philly, Boston and Seattle are the top tier. No others are close. That's why they play the Northeast so often.Member 164xxx

For me, after listening to many thousands of hours of bootlegs, I would say that some international cities should be sprinkled in there. They do play outside of the USA. These stand out,
Mexico City, Mexico
Sao Paolo, Brazil
Verona, Italy
but there are many others.....~!~ Peace ~!~ Love ~!~ Pearl Jam ~!~0 -
Its hard to rank 10 cities, i don't know how to order them but i would say New York, Boston, Seattle, Philly are the top tier. The next tier would probably include LA, San Diego, Hartford, London. Other then that I'm not really sure, its too tough with so many good shows."Change don't come at once, it's a wave, building before it breaks"0

No doubt, TORONTO!!0

10 is tough.
I would say an upper echelon (6) of Philly, NYC, Boston, Toronto, Chicago, and Seattle.
I think there is a bit of a dropoff after that.0 -
boston #10

Just from listening to bootlegs I would put Milan at the top, and then Mexico City. There is no such thing as leftover pizza. There is now pizza and later pizza. - anonymous

I would like to say that getting a good crowd in places like NY, Philly and Boston is easy.
The real work is trying to win over a crowd in Nashville, Louisville, Memphis, Birmingham, et al.
Just saying.
Looks like they're taking the easy way around.

For those in the Detroit area, the Grand Rapids shows have killed!!
Detroit shows have been good but Grand Rapids is the place to be in Michigan.
