Newark tickets via Ticketmaster (floor seats)

Any idea if TM will release floor seats anytime before the show?
I also read that someone got floor seats through ticketmaster window in Hartford.
Is that something they release at the venue on the day of the show?
Just looking for any info if someone knows.
