Boston Alcohol Policy

Just a heads up that if you have an out of state license and are under 25 you will not be able to get served in the arena. If you are 25 or over you are going to need a second form of id (ie a credit card) to get served.

    Biggest bullshit law I've ever heard of. It doesn't apply to me now but did 6 years ago. Fucking pilgrims.

    yes this is true. This def happened to me the last 2 shows at the TD Garden and the last 2 in Mansfield.

    If someone could verify this that would be great. I think I was shout out off the beer line at great woods...um tweeter in Mansfield, MA because I had a duplicate license a few years back. Does this hold true for the Garden as well.

    but hey you got to take the good with the bad after all MA did decriminalize MJ :mrgreen: So they can keep there stupid liquid poison I got me herbals :mrgreen: it's all good!

    This is absolutely true its a massachusetts law that is in effect for all venues. But it doesn't affect me cause i'm 31 and from Mass. Have fun tonight everyone and enjoy the show. I cannot wait for tonight just got to get through the day at work.

    At Mansfield 2 years ago they wouldn't serve me with my Irish driving licence the first night (which is understandable because it looks like a child made it!) but for night 2 they accepted my Irish passport and just checked that my holiday visa stamp was valid (which I thought was odd) and there was no problem. I was 22 at the time.

    Yeah, this is the policy. However, I have been able to buy beer when I was under 25 a few times. Sometimes you get lucky, or you could find a 10cluber to buy a few for you.
