how do people end up in rows 1-9 multiple times?

on the same tour? i thought these seats were strictly lottery but when I read reviews at other places, the reviewer (same person) is always front row, 3rd row, 2nd row. Are there a certain number of these lottery tickets designated for press, seniority, or do you have to sell your soul multiple times to get in these rows multiple times on the same tour?

    The only lottery rows are 1,2,9, and 10. 3-8 are still seniority-based.

    thanks! I just read my confirm a little closer and you're right. so that would mean when I landed front row at Columbus, I was a luckier bitch than originally thought!!! awesome.
