The Show in Virginia was my 47th and it was an excellent show. This band has set the bar at legendary for their live shows, so even when they are great, I feel some fans who've seen them a lot may not appreciate the performances. Thursday night was a great performance by a legendary band. While the show wasn't in my top 10 - it was a blast. I thought the first encore really encapsulated the band's range and it's greatness. Starting with The End thru Blood they hit on the entire rock spectrum...few (no?) other bands have that much range. just incredible.

1st encore: The End, Just Breathe (dedicated to Carmine MacKaye), Garden, Why Go, Wasted Reprise, Life Wasted, Blood/Atomic Dog (Clinton, Shider, Spradley)

We're so lucky these guys are still making music and rocking our faces off...

    47?

When was your first? I am a late fan, my first was 1998. I don't want to travel too much to see them, that's why I have only seen them 10-11 times.

    you must travel alot?

I enjoyed it too on Thursday night. grea stress reliever for me. I have alot of pain, neck, back and shoulders, and I felt great dancing. PJ is good medicine.

my pictures did not turn out very well.

first show was Boston Garden #2 in 1994. Started traveling to see them in 2003. Been a fun ride. Can't wait for MSG next week!
