DVD of my videos

My youtube channel is

there are 7 video uploads 6 of them are "Pearl Jam Videos" I have made - (not your average fan made videos at all) well I do not have a DVD player burner and was wondering if anyone could help me out
What would have to be done for me to send the raw data files (MP4) to someone and have them burn like 10 DVD's for me - of course I supply the DVD-Rs but would anyone be willing and so forth - I don't really know where to begin
