They have been selling them at merch tables for most of the shows so far. As far as tomorrow in Hartford, I better get a poster tube.

In St. Louis they made you throw yours away before you entered but they did have them for sale at the merch table for $2...seems like a scam to me!

In Bristow it was specifically on the list of prohibited items. I told Travelar who was with me to take the caps off of the end, to make the guard WANT to say yes, with a quick look.... and it worked.

So, if you have a tube, take the caps off. If guards have to spend ANY time on it, they will probably make you throw it out... but if you make it EASY for them to say yes, they just might. :)

You could bring your own tube in Buffalo. Just had to take the caps off at security.

Wider tubes are better for the poster. The closer to flat, the better. The thicker a poster's paper is printed on, the more it wants to retain a shape.

If you put a poster with this heavy rag paper they use, once you curl it, it will pretty much retain that curl indefinitely. It can be flattened by putting it in between acid-free foamboard sheets, but it will almost always retain some of the curl... much more so, if it is in a skinny tube.

KC you could bring your own, StL you couldn't. Every arena is different. As everyone mentioned before, you can buy one at the merch stand if they don't let you bring your own.

That's a fact. The guard looked like he wanted to say something to me and then saw the caps were asked. He asked if he could just peer through it and let me on my way.

Had that not worked, Hoff had KITT on standby to shoot the tube over the fence to me.

You can't bring tubes in, but can buy them for $2 at merch tables.
