MSG 1 & 2 POST PARTY may 20 & 21

Ok we have pre party/fundraiser set for both days at Irish Times, but now we are working on a Post Party for everyone especially for those who have to work and cant make Irish Times.

We love to get a head count on who is interested. We have a Pearl Jam cover band, Last Exit, who wants to show and play so let us know who is in. It will be at another location close to MSG which will update soon.

not on facebook so cannot RSVP, but the dreamers are in for post-parties both nights.

tho, i will be honest, i am not big on seeing tribute bands before/after an actual pj gig....i am all for a jukebox and good tunes spinnin', and yea....actually hanging out with all the fans and being able to socialize with everyone who i don't see often, have never met until now, people visiting from all over, etc. just my 2 cents there.

also, be sure to ask laura/foxy to update the NYC per/post party thread, otherwise, we'll all be scattered instead of hanging out together in the post-show glow.

i'm not opposed to cover bands but after the show? nah...i just saw the real thing and i'd prefer to just hang out, drink and listen to some boots over the jukebox and talk about the kickass show i just saw

Down. Rather have a projector, speakers and a wall with PJ DVDs man...that would rock.

honestly....tribute bands are for when a band is NOT touring. a fixer if you will, for the inbetween withdrawl imho. pre and post show parties are all about getting amped up/or sharing the afterglow of LIVE PEARL JAM....and just general socializing with your fellow fans. best accomplished with a nice jukebox. again, just my 2 cents.
