Are posters selling out this tour?

Just wondering if they're still making "2009 Philly" quantities of the posters or if they're selling out every night. I noticed that some are selling pretty well on ebay, but I'm going to Hartford tomorrow and I'm curious if I need to get there early or not.

Thanks, and see you tomorrow.

Both shows that I've been to the posters have been sold out by the time BoH finished their set. Limited quantities are the norm.

    awesome, thanks.

I just wanted to see if the "normal" changed. I'll make sure to get in there on the early side.

I assume they won't let you leave the venue once you enter. I'd love to get in early, grab a poster then go back out to stash in the car and meet up with friends.

I would say get there early if you want a poster. Posters are collectible items. It's what every art lover & person who goes to a gig show would want to purchase & remember experiencing being there when it all happen, for a very long time. And don't forget, Santos posted here & said there will be posters available after the tour is over in the 10club goods section. So you have a 2nd chance!

    D,

This ain't my first rodeo, but good advice for the novice. I agree that its a perfect memorial for the show, as long as you have the room/storage for them. Last year I went to the London show, LA4, and the philly shows, and each of those had posters available after the show. That was abnormal for my experiences of hitting the northeast shows the past 10 years, so I wondering what the current trend was. That being said, I feel that the next 4 shows will be different crowd-wise and might not be best represented by the past number of shows (except last night maybe) as far as poster sales (based on 10c ticket sales and the like).

Either way i need to keep up my 100% poster/show percentage.

ps. this thread was more to gauge the insanity of the MSG situation next week.

Posters will be available with a post tour sale in goods like the 09 posters were available. So basicly don't fall for ebay scams if you are left out at the show. I am sure there will be 3 times as many posters in Boston and MSG then say in indiana or buffalo.
