**START MSG RUN WITH FOOTSTEPS PLEASE!**

I attended the Buffalo show, and had a great time (as always). That said, seeing two of three Momma-Son songs just left me wanting more! Opening with Footsteps has been discussed a little bit here, but Metamorphosis Two -> Footsteps -> hardcore rocker may be the perfect way to show New York City the band ain't fucking around - especially if it's the first night! Anyone with me on this?

    How about Alive, Once, and Footsteps to open a show. Nevertheless, I wonder if these will ever be played in sequential order again.

    I'd love to hear Footsteps!
    As an opener it would be so awesome, but I'm really hoping for Long Road and Release! Yes, more conventional openers, but I've never heard them live and they're incredibly amazing songs.

    But no complaints here if I got Footsteps- amazing song!

    but if they play footsteps wont they more than likely play it acoustic? if ya then it more likely for an encore. cant see them open a set acoustic

    It's always funny to me to hear people who haven't seen Release as an opener - I've been to seven shows, and have seen it as an opener three (can't remember, might be four) times now. It follows me!

    I think they do a slow, intense, but electric version, in a similar style to Long Road.

    yep. love it. i was lucky enough to see footsteps 3 times in 9 shows :D
