3:00 or 4:00 for parking at Bristow, VA?

I understand that some fans from here have been calling and have been told 3 and some were told 4 for parking.
This says 4. Our email says we can get our 10c tix at 3. Once I waited in line forever at Merriweather in 2000 to get my 10c tix over this kind of confusion.

    I once got a ticket in Nashville for loitering waiting for the gates to the Am South Amp to open to get my 10C tickets.

    Of course, this was in '03 when the block seating system was still in place.

    I'm compromising and arriving at 330.

    When I called the venue they thought they would let us in the lots to pick up the tickets, and thought the parking attendents would probably let us remain there. I plan on picking up the 10C early and tailgate til the gates open.

    We got there at 3:30. We could see others had already parked at VIP. We were the first car to be turned away and we were told to return at 4 p.m.
