Cleveland hands down!

As far as setlists are concerned. Not the loudest crowd in the world but best mix of songs so far.

Then I would say Buffalo then Columbus.

    I don't think so. Not a sellout = not a winner.

  • Columbus was amazing! Good set with amazing amazing crowd but as far as songs played, Cleveland is going to be very hard to beat this tour. A setlist bookended with Wash and Indifference will never happen again!!

This will be the first time the boys have ever played the Hartford Civic err XL Center I believe which is why I think it will be the sleeper.. I am so happy, its such a small, intimate arena that's hosted many great acts over the years.. Just scored lower level 100's this afternoon on TM.. Don't bite at those CL double price tix!

But, on paper it looks like Cleveland!

nope that was the dodge amphitheater .. or comcast, or meadows, whatever the fuck it's called these days.
but 2010 will be their first stop ever at the civic center. can't wait!

also, i'd say all the setlists are pretty damn close this tour, but i'd give cleveland the win for now. tied in second i'd say columbus and buffalo very close by. but hey, i wasn't at any of those shows so how can i truly judge, right?
hopefully hartford through the msgs will be epic! im so pumped!

I was at Cleveland and Buffalo. Cleveland was a better setlist and they really nailed a few gems... But as an overall concert experience, i enjoyed Buffalo a lot more. The crowd was a lot bigger and very loud. Eddie/ the rest of the band seemed to interact a lot more with the crowd. Its great. I havent been to too many shows lately where most of the crowd cheers and claps throughout the encore breaks. Say what you want about "its all about the music"... but a raucious crowd enhances a live show experience.

    I don't think so. Not a sellout = not a winner.

I'm pretty sure those scattered singles in the 15th row of the 4th deck won't have too much of an effect on the band.

I think with Boston only getting 1 show, it will be epic...

Any chance that Bristow, will be the Hartford '08 of this tour? It feels similarly overlooked...remember that everyone was down on Hartford back in '08 pre show...

Noblesville and Columbus were a toss-up for me. My seats were LOW for Noblesville so that makes a difference. Lots of Deer Creek haters on here but I'll tell you this: Not too many shows will have over 20,000 fans show up this tour. And when 20,000 fans are singing along it's simply amazing.

Noblesville: Release opens the show, and 2nd Encore is Garden, Whipping, Alive, Baba and YL?? C'mon folks, that 2nd encore is a freakin' dream! I guess you had to be there. And Eddie was in rare form with his old Chicago buddies in the crowd...

OMG Thank you!! I thought I was the only one that thought Buffalo was better than Cleveland.

I'm not knocking the Cleveland set or the audience because Cleveland was amazing in it's own right BUT
The Buffalo crowd BLEW Clevelands away! I thought even though it was a tad shorter than Buffalo setlist was a bit stronger.

I thought Buffalo had a much better feeling to it. Maybe there were less technical problems? Maybe because of the enthusiasm of the crowd? I don't know why, but it seemed happier than Cleveland to me too.

  • Kansas City, hands down. Tomas Young dedication and the Bobsled dude playing YL, and Willie Wilson dedication and Jersey worn by Ed for 1st Encore. You just can't top it. Oh yeah, I was there, 15th row ;)

only MSG is a sell out .. So evrything else sucks?

Boston will be sick... Filling the last 2000 seats with people hoping for Jeremy ain't going to make a difference/... No way ;)
  • There is no way anyone can look at these set lists and not think Cleveland is the best. Buffalo is the only one that can really compete because of No Way and Fatal. I am strictly speaking of set lists.
I few of my buddies swear by Indy everytime they play there, not because of the songs they play but because they enjoy being outside and camping out before the show. Eddie could sing the phone book at Indy and people would think it was the best show just because they enjoy the atmosphere. Dont get me wrong I love a good crowd and great experience but anymore when I go to PJ show it is all business and all about the music. I dont care if they play in a bowling alley, it is still about the music. Whether or not the guy next to me is sitting down or standing on his chair doesnt matter one bit to me. When I am at a PJ show I am very selfish and it is about me and the music. Anyway, Cleveland was the best. :D

Well, having been at Columbus, Indy and Cleve. I am gonna have to say Columbus. The other shows were great, with Indy getting the nod of those two, but I really felt the Columbus had the best crowd of the three, even if there were more people in Indy, and that just lead to a better all around experience. But they all had great setlists and provided me with songs I had never seen before.
words seem so out of place.

I was at all 3, and I would rank them:

    1) Columbus - By far the best.... Oceans! Best 10C seats of the 3 shows.
    2) Buffalo - Better crowd than Cleveland.... Fatal! Worst 10C seats of the 3 shows.
    3) Cleveland - Solid show, lame crowd, worst setlist of the 3... Undone would have really helped it.

I only saw the Columbus and Cleveland shows... Cleveland was great with the Wash opener and Leash in the 1st encore. BUT, I thought top to bottom, it was a stronger setlist top to bottom.
