    Nope, that is a TCB shirt, that was Elvis' thing. I have the blue LBC shirt and that aint it.

    Not LBC, but TCB - which is the name of Elvis' band apparently (I googled it):

    Answer: The initials T.C.B. stand for Taking Care of Business, which is what Elvis Presley called his band. He incorporated the letters into an emblem flanked by lightning bolts. This emblem was used in several pieces of Elvis' custom jewelry including his famous T.C.B. ring and necklace.

    It wasnt the name of his band, but more of his logo, he had it on his plane, jewelery, you name it, he had the logo on it.
