Brad Wheedleton, founder of BobbleHouse Industries, has taken it upon himself to create a figurine labeled "Astros MVP." Instead of a typical bobblehead, the sign-stealing desk ornament has an arm that bobbles, and it's holding a drumstick that is meant to strike a large trash can. The desk ornament is also holding an iPad and has No. 17 on its back - in reference to the year the Astros allegedly stole signs.

Major League Baseball is currently investigating the club for a sign-stealing scheme that was allegedly implemented during the 2017 campaign - the year the team won the World Series. MLB has since expanded the probe to include subsequent seasons.

Since reports first surfaced regarding the conspiracy, different accounts of how the Astros may have cheated have emerged. The original one, as cataloged by Jomboy on Twitter, involved signs being relayed to the hitter through a person in the dugout banging on a trash can.

So it's a five year gradual ownership takeover.  Rumor is expect the mets to start making moves because Cohen will OK things.  No sure if SNY is part of the deal yet either.

2.3 billion is a steal for the team.

I remember when the Halos were sold for like 500k...

Mets fans should rejoice.  They have a new owner and a ton of good prospects in the pipes.
