Does it seem like the Eastern Power teams are getting weak and old??

Phillies....good pitching....sub standard hitting in the playoff.....good defense...aging starting lineup

NY Yankees....Good bullpen....average starting pitching....aging starting lineup


Boston Red Sox....Didn't make the playoffs....average starting pitching/bullpen....aging starting lineup

Is this the start of their decline?

i've always thought it was interesting to see who and how many people are interested in stuff. also good to analyze how healthy the popularity of the game is without the big markets in play.

As a Cubs fan never thought the day would come, but I actually told a Cardinals fan at the grocery store good luck today and that I hope they win the series. If I lived anywhere else in the country I'd be pulling for MIL, but being a Cubs fan in MIL there is no way I can root for MIL. I really miss the mid 2000's when you'd walk around MIL and no one anywhere would be wearing Brewers gear.

i was rooting for the brew crew ... but the whole beast thing annoys me ... rooting for the tigers now ... always had a soft spot for the tigers when sparky was the manager ...
