Dodgers have the advantage. Better bullpen. Houston needs their starter to go at least 8
They’ll have Morton, Keuchel & possibly JV available. But conversely, LA will have  Kershaw and Wood.

If I had to pick a team to follow it would be the Oakland Athletics only because they wear Aussie sport colours.
But I still yearn for that LA Dodgers cap I had stolen from me in 2001/2.

    AL MVP Altuve
    NL MVP Stanton

    AL CY Young Kluber
    NL CY Young Kershaw

    AL ROY Judge
    NL ROY Bellinger

I wouldn't be surprised if Judge wins AL MVP.  His numbers are stupid good... @HesCalledDyer you think Blackmon gets MVP?  I was thinking Arenado maybe but I like Stantons numbers.

Judge will be an MVP someday, and there’s no doubt he was valuable to the Yankees success but I think the edge goes to Altuve because he never hit a slump this season. It wouldn’t surprise me if Judge gets it though. He’ll should finish top 2. It’s really between them and no one else.

Stanton’s numbers are great but how valuable is that to a sub-.500 team? Do they finish 25 games back instead of 20 without him? This is why I always say there needs to be an MVP and a Most Outstanding Player award, to me those thing can often be mutually exclusive. Votto had a hell of a year, too, but it will go unnoticed because his team finished dead last. I’ve been on the Goldschmidt train most of the year for MVP but looking at Blackmon’s production in Colorado I gotta give the nod to him now. Led the league in average, led the Majors in runs, hits, & triples, top 5 in slugging & OPS and led his team to a wild card spot. It should be a close race between Blackmon, Arenado, Goldschmidt, & Stanton. Any of them could win.

Colorado always gets hit with the stigma of being an area where batters can pad their stats.  Will this year be different?

HOF voting.  Here's my take.  What say you?

    • Steve Garvey
    • Tommy John
    • Don Mattingly
    • Marvin Miller
    • Jack Morris
    • Dale Murphy
    • Dave Parker
    • Ted Simmons
    • Luis Tiant
    • Alan Trammell

Of these 10 Tommy John gets in for his almost 300 wins.
Morris should get in for his arm in the World Series.
Miller should get in for ruining baseball, lol.

Garvey, Murphy, Parker are all on the cusp but won't make it.

Mattingly, Simmons, Tiant and Trammell were all good players but will never get in.

You are correct so, one or more of these players could possibly get in.

    So again I'll ask.

    Who gets in?
