I'm not sure what Eddie has been doing these past few months, but in the Columbus show earlier tonight, Ed's vocals were just brilliant. He was spot on with everything, and it sounded like the old singing style he used in the 90's and early 00's. Either way, I thought he sang brilliantly, and the rest of the band was phenomenal as well. Matt absolutely rocked, he played one of the best shows I've ever seen from him, period. And the rest of the guys, well, classy and superb as well. I got a kick out of mike and boom just rockin' out during crazy mary and going insane all over the solos.

same in KC. I was at the gibson amphitheatre for the 4 nights last fall and couldnt help notice that his voice just didnt have that deep, rich, powerful sound we have grown accustomed too. I hear the same thing as well in the philly boots. I think some time off helped his vocals recover and he sounds as good as ever. Its hard to knit pick cause he always sounds great, but in KC he sounded like his 2003 self

I love Ed too. I love Pearl Jam!
I am way jealous of that setlist. In picking the shows it was hard to decide which ones. Maybe it should have been Columbus to see my 2 favorite songs, Alone & Marker but then I wouldn't have met the great people I did in KC so it wasn't meant to be. Come on Hartford! 8 days!!
