Does getting to the venue early benefit you?

Regarding 10 Club tickets, I know that they are allotted by seniority, but does it benefit you to get to Will Call early?

i.e. Are the tickets assigned in blocks by seniority, and the earlier you get there, the closer you are within a certain block of tickets?

    no...doesn't matter when you pick them up but it's good practice to pick them up as early as possible in case there are long lines at will call close to the beginning of the show

    no blocks

    but getting there early insures you wont miss any of the show waiting in line
    and if you happen to hit the lottery, your seat might be better if you pick it up early ;)

    Tickets are already in an envelope with your name and member number on them. Doesn't matter if you pick them up when the window opens or a minute before it closes. Your tickets are predetermined.

    Yes it was!!!! However it wasn't a surprise. At the preparty some chick announced it was going to happen at 7:15.

    In Columbus tonight Eddie and Mike came out before Band of Horses and Eddie did a little introduction for Mike and he played a Rolling Stones song as well as one of his songs.
