...security guard at the front gate of a sewage treatment plant. Itchy polyester uniform, no real authority, constantly pissing off the workers when I couldn't let their lunch deliveries in through the gate. All that for $6/hour.

i've had some pretty unreal jobs.
mostly i've been a barbarian.

That doesn't sound like much fun.
It wasn't a JOB but my uncle owned a chicken farm for years and when I was a kid I often helped pick up and dispose of the dead ones....loads of fun especially when the southern temps would hit the high 90s or 100

that's a pretty bad deal.
i worked on farms too.

Worst job, mmm, not sure, maybe pan scrubber at a hotel, it wasn't fun.
