You can't until you pick them up, but they are usually the best in the house

    You cant....

You will find out at the venue....

There is a websight touringfans.com(I think) that can give you an idea of where you might sit, depending on your 10club #.

www.touringfans.net gives you an idea after you enter your information. This is my first time using that site though, so not sure how accurate.

touring fans is a good tool. its still a crapshoot. It will tell you where your seat "would have been" at similar shows.

    Barring Lottery winnings

In KC I would have been in row 27.

In St Louis I would have been close up on the wings.

Where will I be in Cleveland, Buffalo, MSG I, and MSG II? I still have no idea.

I wouldn’t necessarily say the best in the house. I've always had within the first 20 rows on the floor with 212,xxx but I'd say anything past 20 I'd rather be up on the sides.

People with lower numbers than yours get those close side seats.

What are the first 3 numbers of your fan club # and what show are you going to. I can give you an idea around where you will sit.

In my experience it has been pretty random at times...
I am 211XXX- at Chicago I 09, I was row 39 on the floor at the very back.
Night 2, I was waaay closer on the wings. I was so happy to be there that night, as I had brought my wife to her first ever PJ show, there was so way she would have seen a thing first night.

All depends on the number of 10C members going to that particular show as well as the number of tickets 10C is allowed to allocate at the venue.

STL was my best 10C seat ever. 262xxx and I was section 118, row H right above Mike. Perfect view!

I guess it can vary, based on the numbers of other 10C members attending that particular show...
If most of the 10 clubbers that scored 10C tickets have numbers lower than yours it's gonna be worse for you.

Just wait and you'll see :)

P.S. with 420,000 number I was kinda close on the side in Philly 3 last year, killer seats 8-)

Touring Fans has been pretty accurate for me - except you need to hugely adjust for major cities, as that can move you back many rows (14 rows back for me and probably even more for others). Also, in arenas they typically do in seniority order: Front of floor, Side of floor, Middle Floor, Middle-side of floor, Back of floor, Back-side of floor... so comparing an amphitheater to an arena is very difficult.

....but go back a few years to the same arena and see where people with your number sat last time. That will probably be the closest way to look it up.
ADD 5,200 to the post count you see, thank you. :)

They wouldn't assign any fan club member behind the stage.

I don't think so, but I'm not sure.

The band doesn't get a gigantic percentage (though they might, if the negotiate strongly). They get about 10% of a venue's tickets to sell on their own. I'd guess that if they negotiate and stick to their guns, they may get 20%. And I don't think they would choose that section for TC members.

ya, that's why I prefer outdoor shows....with a high TC#, if I don't win the lottery, I'll be in back of the floor. At least outdoor venues, the PAV seats are raised, so you can see about the 1000's of people standing in front of you.
