How long was the wait for the Gorge box set?

Just wondering...

i'm not complaining at all, but it seemed like a long time to essentially put 4 boots into a box with special artwork...the fact it took so long led me and i'm sure others to believe there was going to be some visual aspect that needed that time to be edited...however if the Gorge box set took around the same time to complete then i'll eat my words and admit i was wrong that a box set really does need that amount of time to create...again i'm not complaining, the box set is great news and i'm just as excited as all of you are.

EDIT: i'm talking about the philly boots in case that wasn't obvious enough

Did they come out as bootlegs first or no?
