He is awesome. He is also very accessible after his set. He goes up to the merchandise booth and signs autographs and talks to everyone. He is a really cool guy. You will not be disappointed.

I saw the SF date on the Bottom of the Hill website yesterday ...not sur where the full tour is posted.

BTW ... the date at the Iron Horse, that should state Northampton MASS not Maine ... been there a few times.

In record news my album has just been released this week in the UK. There is a vinyl version which comes with your own pinhole camera!! I just want to thank the people at Transgressive Records who put in a massive effort to get it together... it is really worth buying if you have the spare cash…

When I was in London EJ and I recorded this exclusive live IMPROV footage which we have uploaded to http://www.liamfinn.tv so go check that out if you have spare time. So spare cash and spare time is needed.

Also before we head on our fall tour we are rejoining old pal Eddie Vedder on the East Coast run of his solo tour. I believe tickets are nearly sold out so better hurry if you want to get along to one of them. Check out our myspace page and website for more info on them.

Last night we played to a sold out crowd at Cargo, London. Thank you to all the people who came along… we recorded the show for later use so if you were loud enough you will be heard in the future.

Finally thank you to everyone who saw EJ and I at either Oxegen, Wireless, Lovebox and the transgressive tour... they all really blew us away the response we had and we will be back again later in the year most likely November.

A final reminder to come see us on the I'll Be Touring Tour in North America... we are planning something big for it!

Just to add, i am in england doing summer school and liam played last week just 10 mins from where i am staying so of course i went out to see him, but by the time we got there he had already played! point of story, i got to meet him and he is such a sweetheart!!

I saw him when he opened for Ed in San Diego, and then again in Chicago about a month later because I liked him so much. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing him again in August....oh and I guess Ed too ;)

I'd like to familiarize myself with Liam's music before I see him in Newark. Where should I begin? I'd prefer to listen to a recent bootleg, if possible.

I saw Liam in Toronto on his last tour and was lucky enough to meet both Liam and EJ and have some drinks. It was an amazing show despite the fact that Liam's drums and equipment never made it through customs, forcing them to peform an "acoustic show"

Liam and EJ are both extremley talented musicians and awesome people. I'm just happier than hell to be seeing them again on Ed's solo tour.

Those of you that haven't seen Liam before are really in for a treat...He's very fun to watch live and really puts on a show.

Hopefully he'll get out there to play "Society" and "Throw Your Arms Around Me" with Eddie as he did on the West Coast.

    I'll Be Lightning.....

he does have a live album out, but, it's only him ... and I think EJ adds a lot to his live shows.

So, try youtube ... here's Second Chance on Letterman.

I'm sure there is a thread in Other Music with a bunch of his stuff.
