    Yeah, because god knows nobody in the country legally ever does anything wrong.

    Check out a story in the New York Times that ran last month - it found that cops conducting "random" searches in New York "randomly" pulled over 5x as many African Americans as they did white people. All in the name of getting illegal weapons off the streets. What did they find? They ended up finding illegal weapons on a higher percentage of white people, and they ended up arresting a greater number of white people than African Americans. They were racially profiling, alright, but it turned out the group they were targeting was less likely to commit a crime than they one they were letting walk free.
