Ideas for PJ Radio

I was chatting today with Tom, the original jambase.org programmer (link to Wayback machine) and we generated a few interesting ideas for the live radio:

-talk about the selections, why chosen, whats interesting
-more blocks (eg: first time played live, "comeback" songs not played in a long time)
-full shows
-compiled live versions of studio albums
-no Sleater Kinney
-hourly Even Flow for piss breaks

considering this is a relatively new medium, and we are all used to programming our own PJ content, any ideas or suggestions that the "DJs" might consider?
37 PJ Shows, 3 EV Shows, 1134 Total Songs, 24 Different Openers, 9 Different Closers, 252 Unique Songs (never enough)

    Early boots! There's only so different the 2000 to 2010 songs will sound.

    They've had 4 drummers, and every time they changed, their sound changed. Mix up a lot of the vintage stuff... 1991 - 1997!

    I also like the idea of entire shows. Perhaps live streaming shows as well :D

    Maybe slide show of pics?

    Does anyone know if this is a short loop or just keeps pulling as much unique content that is available and then will eventually loop etc, just curious if anyone noticed any repeats etc, pretty awesome that they did this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Thanks PJ and 10 Club, u RULE!

    How bout them with other performers like Ed playing with the doors at the hall of fame,
    tom petty , betterman with bruce and e street and Ed and Mike at msg Dylan tribute.
    Or does that get away from the Pearl Jam theme ?

    I heard them playing MLB yesterday. I also heard a commercial saying they will be playing side projects.

    i could do without full shows. i like the randomness. if i want a full show i'll just load up a boot.

    Agreed! But they'll need to re-master the old boots, since the drums on recent boots are much more "present" than on earlier ones. We want to hear them all clearly. :)

    an all covers block would be cool, but really any kind of themed blocks is a good idea in my opinion. the themes could be endless
