Flash Player Help Needed

I have a problem with my user account on my computer. My user account on my computer doesn't have flash player, but my mom's account does. I've tried adobe a number of times to download and install it. Does anyone know how I can get Adobe Flash Player installed on my user account? It shows the flash player in the programs but whenever I go on YouTube or try to use the new Pearl Jam Radio player or anything that has something to do with the flash player, I can't look or watch anything. Can someone please help me?
